New Layout: Initializr

Here is new layout based on Responsive template of Initializr (see its features) for the BloggerCMS:

How to Use It

• Download the layout
• Extract it to layouts folder
• Go to Settings > General Settings and for the field Layout Name, specify its folder name eg initializr and that's it.

Note: You can always change folder name for the layout and then specify that as Layout Name
